At SystemTeknik we always have apprentices. By training apprentices, we can ensure the industry good and competent labor force for many years to come. In addition, it is a pleasure to have a young people in the company, where you can follow their development. We show confidence in our apprentices, giving them responsibility and taking them out on service tasks, as this greatly strengthens them during their apprenticeship and makes them perform better.
